You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Contact contact@bestprice4u.shop with your order number before sending anything back, and we will confirm the return details.
Refunds
Once we have received the item, or proof that you have sent it back, we refund you using your original payment method within 14 days.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us so we can arrange a repair, replacement or refund as your rights require.
